Who Are the Centre of Faith?
The Centre of Faith is an English student ministry, born from the Geloofsentrum in Universitas, Bloemfontein, that creates a spiritual, emotional, and physical home for students in Bloemfontein, through the ministry of the Word of God, in such a way that students come to love the Lord and grow in a living relationship with Him.
Our pillars of ministry are worship, relationships (healing), personal spiritual growth, and service in the community. We do this in dependence on God with the pure message of the Gospel as core.
Why Centre of Faith
- We have a personal relationship with our students.
- We give spiritual, emotional, and physical care.
- Students have the opportunity to participate – by the students, for the students! Students are involved in activities and leadership of the church.
- It is a place of worship and fellowship.
- Topical preaching, relevant to challenges – practical and applicable.

- Become spiritually empowered to be disciples for Jesus.
How We Serve
The Centre of Faith serves you with scriptural and relevant preaching and guides you to worship the Lord through diverse and renewed worship.
We want to:
- Equip you and identify opportunities to be of service to the glory of the Lord (Growth).
- Share in each other’s spiritual journey, love, and suffering (Healing).
At the Centre of Faith, we consider everyone equally important to join in, by reaching out into the community. (Service).
It is a place we call home and people we call family.

Centre of Faith gatherings take place on a Sunday at 16:30 at the Geloofsentrum, 12 Straus street, Universitas.
